WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY
At 大同樂器 | DT Instruments™, all instrument sales are final. To maintain competitive retail pricing, we do not offer store refunds, returns, or order cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
Please review your chosen instrument specifications carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is processed, items cannot be returned or refunded based on personal preference, comfort, or tonal choice.
2. Factory Warranty Coverage
All instruments sold through our storefront are covered exclusively under the official warranty provided by their respective manufacturing factory.

Scope: This factory warranty covers structural manufacturing defects, non-functional electronics, and hardware flaws directly resulting from the production process.
- Exclusions: The factory warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, string breakages, finish damage from climate/humidity, or modifications made after delivery.
3. How to Submit a Factory Warranty Claim
If you encounter a manufacturing defect covered under the factory warranty terms:
- Contact us at support@dtinstruments.com with your original store order details.
- Provide clear, close-up photographs or video evidence showing the verified factory defect.
- Our team will forward your case directly to the manufacturing facility's quality control department to initiate their official replacement or repair authorization protocol.
