All global storefront designs, logos, product imagery, web interface code, and digital brand assets associated with these names are fully proprietary. They are actively managed, monitored, and protected against unauthorized use by our dedicated digital operations branch, Synca™ (a division of Jin Feng Music Limited).

2. INDUSTRIAL WORKSHOP OPERATIONAL SETUP & MANDATORY APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL
大同樂器 | DT Instruments operates primarily as a digital e-commerce storefront. Our physical operations center is structured as a technical instrument workshop located within an industrial building sector. This facility is utilized exclusively for incoming quality control benchmarks, basic structural setups, and direct inbound product receiving.
In strict compliance with the HKSAR Lands Department land-use leases, Fire Services Department safety ordinances, and Buildings Department regulations for industrial structures, this facility does not function as an open, traditional commercial retail storefront.

Consequently, physical access to our industrial workshop is governed by a Strict, Mandatory Appointment-Only Protocol under the following binding terms:
- No Retail Walk-Ins: Unscheduled public walk-ins, casual browsing, and spontaneous over-the-counter retail sales are completely prohibited. Unregistered visitors will be denied entry at the building perimeter by facility security.
- Time-Locked Sessions: Access is granted solely for verified instrument testing, pre-arranged technical consultations, or confirmed order pickups. Every visitor must possess an active, time-locked digital appointment confirmation issued directly through our official WhatsApp channel.
- Limitation of Access: For customers who arrive outside of their exact, confirmed appointment window, we reserve the right to refuse service or entry. 大同樂器 | DT Instruments holds no liability for missed sessions or personal travel costs incurred.
3. STRICT NO-REFUND, CANCELLATION, & CHANGE-OF-MIND POLICY
All commercial transactions executed on our digital storefront are final.
- No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns, item exchanges, or product swaps because a buyer changes their mind, updates their visual preference, or alters their budget after a purchase has been completed.
- No Order Cancellations: Once an order is processed through our checkout portal, the data is instantly transmitted to our automated order processing systems and global fulfillment network. Because this workflow is fully automated to ensure rapid transit, orders cannot be canceled, halted, or modified post-purchase.
- No Cash Refunds: No cash refunds, store credits, or payment reversals will be issued under any circumstances for non-defective merchandise.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & MANUFACTURER RECOURSE POLICY
大同樂器 | DT Instruments does not issue independent retail storefront warranties, hardware replacement guarantees, or commercial technical insurance on the items sold via this digital storefront.
All warranty structural coverage is provided exclusively by the respective third-party original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Technical defect claims, component faults, or post-delivery hardware failures must be settled directly with the specific instrument manufacturer using the registration paperwork and unique serial numbers included in the original packaging.
- Authorized Vendor Exception Support: Our workshop operates under a limited, strict service-level agreement to perform basic structural setups and complementary optimizations for select partner supplier lines prior to customer dispatch or scheduled order collection.
- Limitation of Ongoing Liability: This pre-delivery baseline check does not transfer ongoing repair liability, operational maintenance, or defective part replacement obligations to our brand. Outside of these authorized pre-delivery setup lines, our facility carries no administrative authority to perform warranty repairs or issue manufacturer financial restitution.
5. DATA PRIVACY & DOMESTIC LOGISTICS DISCLOSURE
By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data (including your full name, local delivery address, email address, and phone number) will be processed through the secure global Shopify ecosystem.
Furthermore, you grant explicit authorization for your delivery details to be shared with our localized logistics handlers and domestic couriers (including SF Express) to execute required inbound processing and door-to-door domestic delivery within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
In compliance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), you are hereby notified that Jin Feng Music Limited and its branch, Synca, reserve the right to transfer, share, or sell our customer databases, asset registries, and transaction histories to third-party commercial entities, marketing networks, or corporate successors. Any such cross-industry data disclosure or database transfer is strictly contingent upon your explicit, opt-in consent obtained electronically at the point of data collection or checkout.
